30-Day Returns

Not happy? You can return most unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, email daniel@agenthiveinc.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a requested return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Seasonal and Halloween items must be returned unused. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
