By using the Brooms.ai store and purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing. We try to describe products and prices accurately; if an error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or stock problems; you will be refunded for any cancelled order.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Use of products. Use products as directed. Halloween props are decorations and costume accessories, not toys for unsupervised young children.

Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
